I agree with this assessment, especially regards to Gorr. He's a very interesting villain I find and I hope his origin next issue will be good. My reaction here.
Am I the only one who is finding that this story arc has taken 1 more issue than needed to tell the story? Really hope that the origins story gives some answers or resolve.
This is in my top 3 titles Marvel is putting out right now.
Beautiful work. Classic imo.

That's one of the things that keeps me reading it. I like that the story isn't leashed onto the rest of the NOW storylines...yet. After this story is done I hope they don't just drop the unique direction and go for something that simply becomes part of the Avengers storyline.
I can't wait for the next story, I love this whole 'God-Butcher' so I wonder whats next?

This team can't do wrong. This first story was epic, fun and interesting. Here's hoping this isn't retconned...as I could totally see it being retconned considering it's killing off ALL gods.

Just looking at the big 3 of the Avengers, Gorr seems to be a crisis in Thor, Zola world seems to be a crisis in Caps world, and Iron Man in space seems to be a crisis in his world. If I was going to write END stories for each of the big 3 this is what their end would look like.
I think the MU is headed for a shakedown. I can see these big 3 and the New Avenger book all intersecting at a point that is an explosion. These are all epic villains that won't go away, stuff, and I can easily see them all die from this. They would be satisfactory deaths if this were the case.
Visited NY and DC and saw Spider-Man Turn off the Dark.
