Armstrong forces you to get really comfortable with parry, the other bosses you can kind of bullrush/ninja run around, even Sam to some extent.

no Snake doesn't make an appearance, he's fully retired now. He gets a mention on the codec. Only real major cameo is Sunny from MGS4.

I eventually found that dodge worked better for me than parry. I bought the skill near the beginning, but never figured out how to do it until that fight.

Sundowner and Sam were trivially easy with an upgraded Sai. Just don't get greedy. The hardest bosses for me were Armstrong and Monsoon (again, I'm evidently not a good parrier).

Oh Monsoon gave me fits my first playthrough, especially when I ran out of EMP nades. Getting good with parrying makes it almost trivial.

The biggest irony with Hayter is, the most well known work he has done is Snake's voice.

The second live action Guyver movie, he was the hero!! (Though the live action Guyver was Power Rangers with gore, cheesy violent, so i do not recommend it.)

My favorite stuff Hayter does? Writing.

Yeah, the second X Men movie? He was one of the writers to that script. And Watchmen? His script was the ONLY ONE Alan Moore approved of!! And of ocurse he had this to say. "I prefer this one the most, it feels like the story, sadly, the studios would not pick this, due to that fact."

And truth be told, yeah, did not happen.

But yeah, the guy is talented. Hell, a lot of people do cool stuff. ( Hamill for exmaple, yeah sure he only does voice work at the moment, but ALL THE DAMN VOICES HE DOES!? It's AMAZING! And other guys really branched out. Just a example.)

And as for the tanker-stopping, yeah, I'm just going to call massive PIS on that. That was RIDICULOUS. I don't even consider that a feat worthy of giving to him.
