    HOLY DAMMIT CHRISTMAS! SOLD!

I think it's particularly brilliant setting it in the past. Since they have 5 years worth of unchronicled continuity to play around in, we could see some really crazy stuff that's unhindered by whatever direction either character's present-day books are taking.

Good to see Pak moving to DC. They could certainly use some more modern established names. His recent marvel output since he left Hulk has been somewhat lacking, but I'm definitely excited to see what he does here. All in all, a win.

Notice how it says Batman/Superman, not Superman/Batman. Kinda says a lot, doesn't it. Also, Superman looks strangely like Tom Welling from Smallville. Guess it makes sense, since the new52 Superman borrows a lot from the show to begin with.

Doesn't this crap all over when Superman and Batman met in Justice League last year? Correct me if I'm wrong but they acted like strangers. Batman saying "I've heard of him" when GL accuses Superman of being behind all the alien nonsense happening. I love the idea, don't get me wrong, but once again DC f'd up their continuity.

If I'm not remembering it correctly please let me know.

I'm also really pumped to get more shirt-and-jeans Superman.

That is going to be FUN.

this is great no dout, but i honestly wish Jae Lee was drawing 1.) the Dynamite series MASK after the first issue that alex ross painted, or 2.) The Martian Manhunter Back up on JLA

Yeah, it says they're doing it alphabetically. Don't read into it too much, this year marks 75 years of Superman they are looking for more ways to make more books with him in it. (i.e.: Adventures of Superman, Superman: Man of Steel)

    Well this is surprising.

It's not a bad choice either, but Jae Lee's really not the person I would have pulled to capture Superman on paper. He's perfect for Batman though.

Now, how many slots does that leave for the fifth wave?
Why aren't you reading Winter Soldier? You should be!

Great news, I love Jae Lee's art. But I never read anything by Pak, how is his writing?
