Default Marvel Season One Books, Any Good?!

I'm wondering if I should pick any of these books up? TBH I haven't heard much about them.

The F4 one is enjoyable and I liked it.

I quite enjoyed the X-Men, Spider-Man, Fantastic Four, Doctor Strange and Hulk season one books personally.

Was a bit bored with Daredevil's one but in fairness Daredevil is not really a character I care too much for anyway. Ant-Man was okay though not great. Haven't read Avengers yet.

X-Men is definetly worth the cash. Hopeless write a nice little tale, but McKelvie KILLS it in the art department.

I thought Iceman looked too much like Justin Bieber . . .

As someone who just finally ordered F4: Season One (as well as the 'Volume One' TPB of Hickman's run) from Amazon last night, I'm glad to see the above. In addition to really looking forward to reading, have absolutely adored what I've seen of F4: Season One's art thus far.

The only downside is that they are all extremely short.

I wasn't impressed by any of them, to tell the truth. Dr Strange: Season One was the best of the lot, in my opinion.

I am looking forward to Howard Chaykin and Gerard Parel's Iron Man: Season One. Chaykin's the perfect choice to write Tony Stark.

That Fantastic Four artwork looks fantastic, looking forward to picking that book up. Do any of these books effect the canonicity of the original Stan Lee runs?

I've only read Avengers: Season One so far and despite being a fan of some of David's earlier work, I didn't care much for it. It felt like it was rushed to get out to tie-in with The Avengers film's DVD/Blu-Ray release (Admittedly this is the only reason I've read it). I only really liked the art in one of the sections as well (This book has like 4 different artists instead of just one). I really want to check out some of these, but they're just too expensive for the content. Never mind that I've heard they aren't too great. X-Men is probably the one I want to check out the most.
