    This was probably the best GL issue in quite some time. I really enjoyed it.

    The end of GL #16 and the beginning of #17 don't gel. I thought I missed an issue. Well it all happened in other books. DC just doesn't get it when they do stuff like this. Exactly why I avoided Death of the Family because I feared this would happen there too.

    Well, that's because Green Lantern Corps Annual #1 happened. IIRC GL #16 said the story would follow there at the end of the issue.

    Yes it did. I was a little annoyed that they ended it in a separate series, but I didn't mind too much, at least it wasn't Throne of Atlantis style.
