    But…if some mad scientist whipped up a blend of Mazzucchelli and Francavilla and Samnee, you'd get something that's Smallwoodesque.
    Or the mad scientist could take Sean Phillips and change his inking a little bit :)

    But the art definitely looks great, and the comic might be interesting. I'll be on the lookout.

    I think the author meant "neo-noir", but neon noir sounds pretty sweet! Dibs on that as a band name.
