I *love* Beta Ray Bill! From the solits, it seems like this meeting might be a bit contentious. I just hope the writer doesn't feel a need to crap on their relationship. It was one of the best things from Simonson's run.

yeah arron has promised it will last several arcs, he is really going to play this to its full Potential

Am I the only noticing that Gorr in that pic has the same facial features and tentacle-ear things as that mad wine god (or god of frivolous dancers or whatever he was) that Thor found in the cavern and took with him to the library? Same race or something? I haven't checked that issue in quite a while, so maybe I'm getting some details wrong...but I'm pretty they got some similar features.

They have similar head-tendrils, but that schlubby God has several more eyes than Gorr does.

Yeah now that I looked at the issue again, you're right. He also has an extra pair of arms (or is it legs? I can't actually tell properly). Still, similar head-tendrils, similar facial structures and similar overall appearance? Maybe I'm seriously just stretching and seeing things that aren't there...
