I stopped reading Green Lantern after Blackest Night and the following hardcovers are on the back burner for me. The recent movie reminded me a throughline that Geoff Johns has referenced in his run where there was one last moment/words with Hal's dad before he died but Hal doesn't know what it was.

Did we ever learn what that was? I can't seem to remember it.
