Cool issue! SS is gritty.
'If you meet a loner, no matter what they tell you, its not because they enjoy solitude. It's because they have tried to blend into the world before, and people continue to disappoint them'
I thought this was the strongest issue yet, mostly because it didn't have to deal with a ton of plot development, but got into character dev and dropped clues on ghost Peter.
I actually gave it the same score if not better with a 9. Full review in my signature.

The Spider-Signal's demise? HILARIOUS.
I tried looking up the Straw Hat Law, but I guess The Amish haven'[t made it to the Internet yet.
Shocked to see Otto with real emotion.

"A bit 'dark and weird?'" You want "a bit 'dark and weird?'" . . .
Let's see Otto access those Parker childhood memories . . .

It's arguable whether this can be termed canon, but for practical purposes, it may as well not be...no writer is going to touch that with a 10 foot clown pole. Marvel is involved in this, though.

I only hope that they keep Stegman as the regular artist on SSM or when it eventually returns to ASM......
AH PISS.........just did a quick search......#4-6 is Camuncoli (blah!) 7-8 is Ramos (eh) and then back to Camuncoli for 9-10 (double blah!!)......first they change the title, the main character and now they are just messing with the artists (which was what they did with ASM). I dont know if I am going to continue with my favorite super hero!!!!!
:(
Honestly, I enjoyed the consistent shifting of artists on ASM (While I like Ramos, I was less enthused when he became more a regular). The constant shifting during the BND era gave the book a kind of artistic showcase vibe getting guys like Rivera and Martin more mainstream attention.
I think it's a good idea to rotate artists, so they can keep their A game up, but I wouldn't mind seeing Spider-Man coming out once a month instead of at least two times a month.
