I was only dimly aware of Helena having been Batgirl. Any scans?

I can't offer you any scans, but if I remember correctly she was Batgirl for a very short time during the No Man's Land arc before being fired by Bruce. She used the same outfit that Cass would wear (who replaced her as Batgirl).

Regarding Misfit, I don't really share the dislike for her...or rather I "liked disliking" her. Similar to Guy. Of course they are jerks/annoying, but that what makes their appearances interesting. There are more than enough bland & inoffensiv (in other words boring) comic book characters.

^This. Of course Babs is going to be voted out considering the target DC put on her head by fridging all the other Batgirls (but Bette is hopefully getting better soon).

Yes, there's that and also that the new Babs just wasn't fun as far as I gave it (About nine issues). But I voted none because I wouldn't hate on a character just because of one blah series.

And I agree these worst threads just seem like a good way to bring out the "worst" in everyone.

Um, you have seen the sales for the New 52 Batgirl title, have you not? The title is still the #1 top selling female solo title in DC comics last I checked.

So, of the hundreds of comics released in November, Batgirl was #17 in units sold and the #4 DC book, and that makes her 'the tallest dwar(f)'?

Full disclosure, btw, I'm not even currently supporting the book- I dropped after #6 when AH! left the covers.
I'll be back for #20 to check out the talented Pasarin's work. Hoping that Barb is a little more fun to read by then as well (please, Gail).
