Most well known abilities? Flying, super-strength, his invulnerability, and x-ray vision seem to get cited quite often. Probably also his super-speed (being better known than the Flash).

Re: Super-weaving: no, it wasn't a superpower, he was just describing what he was doing (regular weaving) as being on a "super" scale... despite whatever that dumb superd*ckery site might say...

Re: heat vision/freeze breath: think those have some familiarity as well, given how they're often mislabeled as "laser vision"/"he shoots lasers out of his eyes!" and "ice breath"/"cold breath".

Re: super-intelligence: Think most people assume he's quite intelligent as it is.

As for least well known abilities: the ability to change his face (in a few Golden Age stories); super-hypnosis ("Superman can hypnotize people?") which I guess was a holdover of Supes using regular hypnosis in the Golden Age (when hypnotizing others was more common in fiction of the day); his vocal abilities, including the infrequently-seen "super-yell" and super-ventriloquism (though we see Superman basically use such to imitate others' voices in an episode of "The New Batman/Superman Adventures", plus he uses super-ventriloquism in an episode of "Batman: The Brave and the Bold"); his weakness to magic (or even that he gets his powers from a yellow sun/loses them under a red sun---most people just assume he's "always super" or "he's an alien, that's good enough"...).
