New Mutants 98 is the first Deadpool and there is considerable demand for it these days. The general consensus among dealers I know around here is that they could sell this for $100 all day long at the cons if they had enough copies. It guides at about $50 though.

X-Men 266 and New Mutants #87 still get listed as having decent prices, but demand on them is much softer these days than in the past, and they don't move nearly as well as as New Mutants 98.

The X-Forces, Marvel Comics Presents and X-Men 1 are dollar bin fare these days-as I occasionally see New Mutants, 1 and 100 and Wolverine 2 and 3 in there as well. The Wolverine, Punisher, Surfer first issues and X-Men 244 might be $5-$15 books in NM if you find the right buyer, but again, that's retail for a dealer, not what you would get selling it to one or on ebay, and demand on those is also pretty soft right now. Books with soft demand are likely to fetch less from a dealer because he may have a longer turn around time on it. Again, it all depends on grade, how much time and effort you are willing to put into selling it, and who you are selling it to-a dealer or the end customer.

Thanks so much for the input. Im gonna try and get an idea of the grade on them just so I have a better idea if I list them. Well the plus is that #98 is probably the very best of all i listed.
I will try and snap some detailed pics for more help on grading the first deadpool and issue #87.

I sold my Wolverine for $10 if I remember correctly. It was about VF
My New Mutants 87 I sold for $5 but only because the guy had bought like 80 drek comics for a dollar each so I cut him a deal on that one, otherwise I'd have probably asked for $10.

Yeah, that NM 98 is definitely the good one in that pile
