To be fair the director said Iron Man 3 is not gonna be as dark as the trailer makes it look.

    He looks too old !

Need someone in their 20's who is good looking in a Average joe sort of way but not too good looking that it is distracting from him being a nerdy scientist (if it's the Hank Pym role) quirkyness is a must in my opinion i mean ants? really? not sure if i have an actor in mind.

i wonder what the age range for Jan will be. in the early days, she acted as if she was a freshman in college or younger. if she's going to be part of S.H.I.E.L.D that might be a little weird. i guess being inexperienced could be her thing; to contrast with Natasha.

that suprises me because Extremis was an extremely dark story.

Yeah it would be hard to see her any older without changing her personality and for being in shield well she could know her stuff when it comes to crunch time but still act goofy and flighty most of the other times.

It could also be like a trick to make her enemies not take her as seriously and use that against them.

This is true but maybe not as dark as "demon in a bottle" or "amour wars" and besides we will see how much of the original story is left with all the other elements in play for this movie.
