This whole Rotworld thing has felt like the most dragged-on plotline in forever.

One month. One more month and this afwul and endless storyline is over. Thank God.
Death of The Family is awful too but at least, it's only 5 months long.

I've gotten to be quite annoyed with Snyder's apparent love of bloated unnending crossover event type stories.
    Pull list:
Adventure Time, Batgirl, Batman & Robin, BOP, Earth 2, Guardians of the Galaxy, He-Man, Katana, Nightwing, Shadowman, Swamp Thing, The Ultimates, Ultimate Spider-Man, Worlds' Finest

Gonna make sure to keep telling myself that what I read in the preview is a bunch of BS and I shouldn't put an ounce of faith that the "epilogue" will having many redeemable qualities

"Epilogue" my butt. This weeks "conclusion" totally ended on a cop-out cliffhanger! Why would you solicit an issue as a "conclusion" if it's not actually a conclusion?

EXACTLY! Epilogue my...whatever. We haven't gotten to the climax yet. Nothing is resolved. We are still hanging on everything to see how anything, and I mean anything, turns out. This story has become a deranged car crash from which I can't seem to turn away. I almost am reading this just to see what cheap emotional gimmick, what tired plot twist that artificially extends the story, what crappy shock event will come next before this wraps up. Unless new writers come up with something good, here are two more books that will join my ever growing DC drop pile.
Current Favorites: The Goon, Batgirl, Chew, Witchblade, Vibe, The Sixth Gun, Saga, Billy the Kids Old Time Oddities, Fatale, Batwoman, Talon, Storm Dogs, Earth 2, Justice League of America, Slumptown

As much as I am a big fan of Snyder's, this past issue was a major letdown to me for ending the actual event. LAME! Also didn't help that the artis was horrific for this issue! Seriously, could no one find a better artist after we had a parade of incredible and great artists on this damn comic!? Could DC not bribe Kano enough to get him to draw the comic a bit earlier than expected?! Come on!

The flipside though was that I did enjoy the Animal Man issue (Frankenstein Green Lantern will always be remembered by me).

The first few issues of both series was great, but took a turn for the worst with the over hyped crossover. Can't wait for Animal Man #19 to get a new story going on the series and may try out Swamp Thing 19 if reviews are good.
Action Comics, Batman, Justice League, Green Lantern, Aquaman, Night Wing, The Flash, Batman And Robin, Teen Titans, Batman Inc. , Earth 2, Avengers Vs Xmen

When did ROTWORLD begin? I can't remember a time Swamp Thing wasn't dealing with it.

    Post from Swampy thread:

To those complaining it didn't wrap up, it did. ROTWORLD is over. We are done with that timeline. They jumped into the timeless death portal thingy whatever. the EPILOGUE is the final battle.

While yes there were artists that DC SHOULD have picked over Belanger, we got him and despite his cartoony style it was still good art and an entertaining read (Though please no more close ups of Swampy! No offense to the Andrew but he can't draw that face that well).

I'm excited for these final issues and hope it brings the closure to this long arc. It's been 38 issues (Counting annuals and 0s) and we have 2 left. Let's hope this goes out with a BANG! (For our bucks)
