Maleficent vs Darth Sidious

Who wins this fight?

I'm betting on the fifty foot tall Dragon with vast mystical magics and that could only be slain by Truth and Honor or somesuch other silliness.

The Clone troopers could probably beat most of Malificent's "all the Forces of Hell" though.

Does she start in dragon form? What's her durability like in non-dragon form? Could Sidious maybe snap her neck or lightning her before she transforms? Since she has powers without being in her dragon form I'm assuming she wouldn't start as a dragon then.

She was also able to turn into a spinning pinwheel of energy, so I don't think Sidious will be able to do much to her... that was much quicker than the dragon. I give it to her, but really, the battle feats for her faerie form aren't many in the movie. Kingdom Hearts gives her more feats, but demotes her to 'witch'-- either way, I think if she can change to energy to avoid getting force-pummeled, and then to dragon form, she wins. Otherwise, I'm not sure if she needs her staff-- if that's the case, she loses, as force users are notorious for snatching weapons and such away.

The problem is being able to transform into energy before getting her neck snapped. I don't know if Sidious has many actual speed feats, but he's probably the quicker of the two. He did seem pretty quick when he killed those jedi Mace brought with him, not "oh my god I can't even see him moving" quick though.

Though even if we say he isn't quicker on the draw then a normal person it comes down to a quickdraw.
