Default Is Epic Kill cancelled with #10?

    Solicit for #10:

    The series' EPIC conclusion!
Song's uncle, her sole remaining family, is killed while in government custody.
Enraged, will Song seek vengeance for his death, or try to find inner peace so she can finally lead a normal life?

It's not uncommon, same thing happened to Green Wake for example. Mini-series turned into an ongoing but then sales kept dropping. I guess TPB sales may have prompted him to try and keep going but ultimately you lose readers with each new issue unless you're a rare title like Walking Dead.

Yeah, I like to keep track of the sales of the comics I read, just because I'm a glutton for punishment I guess. The only comics I read that don't suffer a regular drop-off in readers each month are:
    Chew
    Invincible
Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles (even though it's been dropping recently... I partially blame the art)

Every other comic I buy suffers either a slow or drastic decline in readers every month. That's why I get annoyed when Marvel or DC cancel comics when they're holding steady around 20,000 each month, and a comic like Skullkickers has only gone over 5,000 in a month in it's first three issues, but is still going strong after 17 issues.

Differences in Indie vs Marvel/DC, I know, but still...
Image: Chew, Invincible, Skullkickers, Invincible Universe, Revival
    IDW: TMNT, MTMTE, G.I. Joe
    Dynamite: Pathfinder
    Red 5: Atomic Robo
Marvel: Thor: GoT, JIM, Powers, Scarlet Spider

Yep, issue 10 is the last issue.
Got a good wrap up to the series though. And who knows, maybe in the future we could see Song again. Issue #8 is out tomorrow!

Fingers crossed then. Love your art style, quite suited for your story.

Issues 6-10 will get a TPB too, I hope? I can only buy trades where I live.
