That you're not reading it, doesn't make it a waste. Smallville has been a wonderful Superman book, under BQM.

Good stories are good stories. I'll take them any way I can get them.

The only real issue I might have with Smallville is that it isolates him from typically successful avenues to building a career in comics. But digital is very much a new arena, and he could well be blazing a new path in that regard.

I'll take my 40 pages of BQM any day, and I'll take more if he's willing and able. I think he'd do a phenomenal job on "Batman and Robin".

I'm waiting for the first trade of Smallville to come out.

I'd just much rather read him on something else. If Smallvile Season 11 was coming out when we were getting New krypton, Grounded, etc. I'd definitely be more interested than I am now.

Can't see any other reason for this.
Some of the Smallville fans already knew about this (from some 'things' here and there he posted on his twitter), but to have an article giving us more info about it, is great. Thank you.

I think I'll be getting Earthward. And I'm happy he's doing his own thing (non mainstream). He writes an amazing Clark/Superman, Lois, Lex, Tess, Chloe, Ollie, the JL members (Bart, John, Bruce, and hopefully we'll get AC, Mera, Victor, Zatanna, Dinah, Mia, Kara and Kon as guest stars visiting Clark and co. soon), the teases about the SV's version of a possible CoIE, it's all great. The SV comic is successful and is attracting new readers (even some who didn't watch the show). I'll just say: Keep up the good work, Bryan (and the rest of the 'creative team' as well), and I wish you all lots of good things. It's deserved!

You said it perfectly. Smallville is a great book and deserves all the praise it's get including receiving IGN Best digital comics award

A.Smallville fans trying to get into comics and were a little dissatisfied by New 52 or wondering what happened in the Smallville after the series finales as well as Superman fans in general
    And
    B. Some fans who miss Clark and Lois being together
among other fans. Bryan Q Miller worked hard to get this book published and I'm glad he did honestly.
A Comic book fan till I die.

There's no room in the "WTF Certified" brand for an all-ages book like this.

Just because you're a name doesn't mean you can do whatever you want. Image turns down projects by "names" all the time. Kickstarter is basically the equivalent of creators having their own publishing company where they can do whatever they want - potentially without all the overhead.

I'm a big fan of the Kickstarter movement, and have already bought in on Earthward. It looks fantastic!
