Both have swords for the battle. I never cared for their first fight considering they were fighting while holding onto chains during the end of it. Movies only.

I'd give the edge to Viktor solely because as a warlord, he must have had a lot of experience as a swordsman. Lucien was probably actually more powerful overall, since he was a 2nd generation immortal vs. Viktor being a 3rd generation. (Lucien being both the first true Lycan and the offspring of a werewolf who'd been turned by William, while Viktor had been turned by Markus, who was the offspring of Alexander Corvinus, the first immortal.)

Viktor was casually killing werewolves and fighting the hybrid, he should by all rights own Lucian, but when they fought that didn't occur. I know the sun played a part, but he still should of slapped Lucian down. I'll still give Viktor the win since if we ignore everything but their terrible fight he should be superior.

I didn't see Lucian casually owning lycans the way Viktor did.

I thought it was established in the series that vampires get stronger with age while werewolves don't, at least that's the only way the fight between these two that happened in the third movie makes sense with what we know that Vicktor is capable of. That being said based on the feats that both showed on screen Vicktor should take this without breaking a sweat.

Maybe, but then Viktor should of stomped Selene something fierce instead of getting his head sliced in two.

He should have, that was major PIS with him not dodging that attack. The only thing you argue is that he was focused on the hybrid at the time and didn't see the attack coming until the very last second. Overall Vicktor got jobbed out for the sake of moving the plot along on both of those occasions if you just look at feats.

And why would that be? They're both stemmed from the original Corvinus strain except one is the bat-strain and the other is the wolf-strain. Lycans get stronger as they age as well. It wouldn't make any sense for them not to be. Viktor was Marcus's first creation and soon after Amelia, which by all rights, makes them the second most powerful vampires of all, with Marcus being the most strongest.

Lucien is a second generation Lycan born from a first generation Lycan that can't transform back. It's highly likely that the woman while pregnant with Lucien was bitten by either William himself or another first generation Lycan. Which makes Lucien hundreds of years younger than Viktor.
