No idea, but I will be honest: She's a fun, happy, sweet-natured character. And I shudder to think of how she'd be written in the new 52.

Better for M'Gann to return under new management and a brighter, happier DCU.

she'd probably be written like the darkest version of her showing in YJ; with plenty of mindrape and whatnot

though i hope she remains nice. and maybe... if their not going to go with ravager, fairchild or wonder girl for Superboy's love interest...

I wouldn't call that dark. And ultimately she regretted her actions and got back on track.

But yeah, it would be good to wait to have the right talent for her return.

Since there's an Element Woman now in the New 52, wouldn't that make Rex a little redundant?
Congress shall make no law . . . abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.

Element Woman makes a mention of Rex in JL 18. He could be human in this incarnation.

Everything that happened in Teen Titans #1 should be taken with a grain of salt. Editorial had no idea what they were doing. Decisions were made that were overturned 2 issues later. Beast Boy was shown green, now he's read. Miss Martian was shown, now she's MIA. A girl that seemed to be Traci 13 was shown, now Terrence 13 is the last of his line.

Are you new or what? The DCU is filled with reduntant sidekicks, vigilantes, detectives, kyptonians and more flying bricks, speedsters, amazons and so on.

In fact I have the theory that, since they increase the mythos of the real deals, they make them more popular.

No, I'm not new . . . started seriously reading / collecting back in the early 1970's.

But in case you haven't noticed, they've been trying to streamline in the New 52 a bit, removing many of the non-big-selling multiple heroes in the tightened timeframe.

If we're including Batman Inc as New 52 - he's appeared there, even mentioned "his time in the league" or something.
There was that mention of the Orb of Ra in the issues of JL after the origin arc.

Rex was one of the heroes considered by the UN to be a member of Justice League International in issue #1.
