I just learned that in 616 they introduced Black Nick Fury, how and why did they do that? What happened to classic Nick and why is 616 stealing the coolest characters from the Ultimate Universe? I mean they pretty much took Peter Parker with One More Day, what else are they gonna take?

Yeah Nick Fury Jr. conveniently looks like Samuel Jackson.
With the Avengers movie, they need to synchronize 616 more and steal the cooler elements of UU.

Samuel L Jackson is the better Nick Furry anyways.
However I would just have done a body switch story instead.
