I'm thinking this is where a major reboot occurs when a character, Beast, selfishly tries to change the future, and we get a paradox that will create an alternate time line with characters that resemble the current characters, but really aren't. Then there will be a massive war fought and when the one selfish character, Beast tries to change the future back to the way it was, a cosmic force will merge many parallell universe together and we will see a NuMarvel with all new #1's again. Just like Barry Allen's Flash selfishly tried to change the future and gave us the partially Nu52, as Batman, Green Lantern, and Aquaman didn't change one bit, but th erest just wait for those bran NU Spider-man tales, and the return of the real X-Men, and the Avengers.

I would absolutely hate for that to happen.

It's been three months and we're already changing the "status quo?" Nothing was even established and Uncanny X-Men hasn't even come out yet. It's like Marvel is a kid with ADHD and can't be stuck with one "status quo" more than three months without getting bored and imploding the whole universe because it decided that always alleviates the boredom.

Whenever I see AiC, I always think of Alice in Chains.

I would love to finally read something more about X-Men's 50th anniversary.

I really hope so. In my mind, of the 05, he's the one that's the most redundant. And I actually kinda like Iceman, but of all of them, he's changed the least. Jean and Warren are gone in the present. Hank is a big furry jerk. And Cyclops, as much as I love him, has gone a bit nuts and has changed drastically. So there's a lot to do with the past versions of those characters, because their present counterparts are either dead or drastically altered. Bobby, on the other hand, just got a bit older and started wearing cargo shorts.

What, Hank Pym is going to die? he's one of my favorite. Is it just a rumor, or any clue about this?!

Exactly. Aside from providing a point from which grown up Bobby can say "wow, I should really get off my behind and DO something", there's really no point to having 2 of them. And I am also an Iceman fan, but as stated, there's really not too much of a difference between the 2, making one of them expendable.
