    Not true. You can make officially licensed products. I'm pretty sure DC isn't manufacturing superman undies. Maybe he wants to know how to get in touch with the person/office in charge of DC's merchandise licensing.

    If he wants to hand-draw his own Superman comic and sell it for a quarter in his grade school, doubt DC will prosecute.
