They are doing everything right in their comic books, so hopefully, they do the same with their movie.

He's been "attached" for years, but that doesn't mean he does or will have any part in a movie. Who's to say he would even be interested anymore at this point, or if VEI could afford him. I think they are just using his name more than anything, since he is kind of well know. I am sure they could find a diamond in the rough director who could do a hell of a job.

This seems very risky. If the movie doesn't work out, will it (again) be the end of Valiant comics?

As long as they don't cast Twilight actors or Vampire Diaries actors.
Casting will be difficult, though. So who would you cast?

Chriqui could be Kris.
Tisdale could be Flamingo.
Zephyr could be Bell with a fatsuit.
Chow Yun-Fat could be Toyo.
I think this would be a better tv show than movie but i hope its good.
