    I was gonna name myself SUPERHEROECWFAN1 ....but got a cease and desist letter from Marvel and DC . So I know how that poor bastard feels.

    I'm surprised they were awarded that trademark. Can I trademark "sedan?"

    It was 1966 for some of the classes and 1979 for the others.

    Also, trademark is a lot looser than other forms of IP. You can register relatively weak descriptive marks as long as you're willing to put in the effort to protect them.
