It's not bad. Very much of its time, but not bad. This is the kind of stuff I used to listen to when I was driving cabs about a decade ago.

I have certainly learned the negatives of my elected position this last week. I have been raked over the coals for the few decision I made that were incorrect. I answer a couple hundred questions a week get two wrong and that is what they remember. Ugh.

I also love being part of a group of 5 and getting shit for the stuff that isn't my fault but the errors and misjudgments of my peers.

It goes well. Work has been busy and my classes have restarted. I have been obsessively working on my penguin, so less time to type. How is summer going?

Not bad. Plenty of trips to the beach so far, with plenty more to come. I'm battling a chest infection at the moment, after a sudden cold/wet snap last week.

I went to the beach last week and I only got my ankles wet while putting my kayak in the water. And I live in Florida, the land of eternal summer (or something like that).

Chest infections are rotten to have and can be horrible to get rid of. Hope it goes quickly for you. How goes the bike riding or has the chest infection put paid to that too?

I've had to out of necessity a few times, but it's a struggle. Before that I was riding to the beach 2 or 3 times a week to swim some laps.
