Aunt May finally discovered Peter Parker's secret Identity
Bucky was finally resurrected
Super heroes finally had their Teflon removed and were arrested in Civil War
Spider-Mans marriage was finally dissolved

The Illuminati and Intelligencia had been in existence for years
We thought Osborns Dark Reign gave villains the revolving door out of prison, but we later learned, villains were getting released by the Intelligencia all this time. Oh shock!!
