Default Necromorph Infection and Solanum Virus Vs The Real World

In our world the Solanum Virus (World War Z) appears suddenly in China while mysterious Markers (Dead Space) suddenly appear all over the world, usually in highly populated areas and some in desolate areas, can our planet survive this apocalypse or do we go extinct?

Bonus: The T-Virus is let loose as well.

Fun note: Solanum is real, but it's a disease that kills potatoes and those eating them.

As for T Virus: If Video game, well we have to deal with zombies, and mutant life/plants.

If movie, the world becomes a barren waste land.

And well the Necromorphs seal the deal at us being screwed. Because you need high power dismembering equipment, and body armor designed to withstand sci fi/minig/engineering to stand a chance (Aside balls and competence.)

Because the truth is this: Bullets, do jack against Necromorphs, and human body armor (Currently) is not designed for razor sharp/bladed claws. (Why Flechette rounds are so damn improtant in a break or make shoot out.)

Not only that but Markers literally drive non infected insane, which makes it worse.

Note: Yeah, in TY Tropes, it did a good analysis of Dead Space, as to why Isaac survives so much, really paints him as a true bad ass, in a logical fashion.

Solanus alone was survivable due to at least some people being resourceful and paranoid enough to pay for some completely isolated locations that would be impregnable short of The Thing style discoverings. But I can't speak for Dead Space or the T-Virus, as the former is a franchise I've always had on the back burner so far, and for the latter I haven't caught up to the RE game franchise yet.
