Saying that requires ignoring them being noted as starting off with a note that they're throwing world sundering energies at each other while holding back, ignoring that they then move to stuff like throwing a punch and teleporting Cap away, and ignoring that they then grapple and flare at each other to a point that goes well beyond staving a planet to a flare that is visible beyond the microverse. That's not even with a page in the interim, that's simply you, eyeing the incident and going "despite how it happened.."

Beyond that, spending several pages more or less basically ignoring the board standards for evidence in order to repeatedly claim a character should be lowballed by their worst showings, ones you leave out various key details of besides, a few posts ignoring mod rulings even when they happen, and otherwise warping various incidents involving the Sentry is certainly something, but civil I wouldn't call it.

No that's me looking at the page, seeing them clash, seeing a flash of light and thats it. I had 2 scans of the whole thing, the explosion which also had captain running away from it and the conclusion. Again don't accuse me of knowing something that I didn't know of.

Yes one sentence of me getting fed up of your hostilities and calling you out on it is the same thing, right. Was it out of line? Perhaps. But for the most part I WAS being civil while you constantly shown more and more hostilities, not getting that I misinterpretation the scan, and were outright rude.

And how was I ignoring board standards? I asked for scans and didn't understand the cubes power. I received scans and was informed of the cubes power and dropped it. No one else seemed to really get so hostile over the cube thing, only you. And I never ignored mod rulings, again you exaggerate and accuse me of something I didn't do.

So, this thread isn't disappointing so far in keeping to give me reasons for not embracing the "Respect Thread" moniker or debating DBZ specifics. But mostly I just felt like commenting on something that has always had the potential to become one of those horrible memetic things:

I know people, once in a blue moon, have here balked at the idea of the Sentry being impressive due to anything regarding a Hulk that he's always supposed to calm down given the way his aura has affected him from the beginning, and because of the way Hulk's powers have always worked in regards to his anger, but I just want to point out, in a context giving way, that Sentry's aura didn't even start affecting the Hulk until after he had thrown the huge metal thing with enough force behind it to be caused by the fact the Sentry's arrival not only didn't start calming the Hulk with his aura yet, but actively had started making the until then rampaging, Savage Hulk, even angrier by his mere meddling appearance. That's why the comic treats it as surprising that the Sentry is, durability wise, utterly unaffected by it, and why it is being presented as a presentation relevant feat considering all this happened during the Sentry's first ever storyline.

Not all that fast in the great grand scheme of things as far as non travel speed. Fast enough certainly to cross some distance and catch a bullet that was fired from a gun held pretty close to a guy's head. Various other things that mostly put him at some great measure of hypersonic, but nothing like even near light. He's done interstellar crap as far as travel speed.

There's no real thing as 'enough firepower to deal with Buu.' Theoretically, if you were to say, throw him into the center of the sun, he'd be incapacitated for good since he'd get vaporized and would never be able to escape the gravity to come back together again, but you'd need someone like Gladiator or Majestic that's fast enough to get him there before he could react. Otherwise, you'd need something that could "erase" him, which means a plot device type power to actually do more than vape him him, or superior magic.

There are other ways to Rumbles beat him, for instance Superman actually has a way to ten count him since he MIGHT be able to heat vision him and then freeze him with freeze breath, but it's a bit of a push since he'd have to get every bit there, and that pesky magic weakness means no mistakes. But unless Sentry can do more than molecular control and vaping:

...then I can't see how Sentry will win since any molecular adjustment to (Majin) Buu just meant he'd come back together again at will. On the flip side, Mr. Buu can be taken out with enough physical damage and turned into candy himself (magically) so there's some precedence you might be able to take him out with greater manipulation or enough power.
