Theoretically, a non-gimped Arcueid under the full moon would likely heal as fast as Roa did from her shredding him to just his ankles.

I guess being able to heal at all from being slashed into 17 pieces by an attack that should make healing impossible, during a time where your resistance/immunity to said ability was inactive is a pretty impressive healing feat. Too bad we didn't see Shiki use a point of Death against her since then we'd have a direct comparison to Roa's response to it.
