Wow. Thus far I've not yet been overly impressed by Pelletier's work (following Reis though, I'd likely say that about anybody.) But now I'm thinking the issue is in the inking. These pencils are just incredible. Beautiful job!
Reis is more detailed and excellent with texture, but I think Pelletier's better at drawing subtler emotions emotions and his facial features seem to be better proportioned to the size of the head. Reis seemed to go for almost hyper realism but then the facial proportions at times tended towards manga, too large for the head. Plus, from what I've seen so far, I think Pelletier is better at laying out the artwork inside the panels. While I think a lot of the widescreen panels were possibly dictated by the script (since they seem prevalent in Justice League as well as Aquaman under Reis, Pete Wood and now Pelletier plus Perez has talked about the highly detailed scrips for Legion of 5 Worlds), with Reis it tended to lead to a lot of odd figure placement, cropping and empty space.
