The teams will be setup as follows:
Leader: No more powerful than Spider-Man. Spider-Man must be able to beat them in a fight.
Genius: No more intelligent/better at prep than Tony Stark and no more powerful than Captain America. Captain America must be able to beat them in a fight. Must choose someone with their standard equipment, as they would be in Khazan, so choosing Tony Stark sans armour is not allowed, for example.
Doctor: No more powerful than Dumbledore. Dumbledore must be able to beat them in a fight.
Mage: No more powerful than Willow Rosenberg (including Dark Willow feats). Willow must be able to beat them in a fight.
Bruiser/Brick: No more intelligent than Abomination (just want a brutish grunt here), no more powerful than Rhino. Rhino must be able to beat them in a fight.
Robot/Machine: No more powerful than Cyborg. Cyborg must be able to beat them in a fight.
Animal: No more powerful than a Champion level Digimon e.g. Greymon. Greymon must be able to beat them in a fight.
Main Vehicle: No more powerful than a Spielberg War of the Worlds Tripod.
Pilot of Main Vehicle: No more powerful than Captain America. Captain America must be able to beat them in a fight.
Fleet: No more powerful than the Thundertank. Note, fleet gets generic, nameless pilots/drivers who are skilled and proficient at their job, but no more useful than the average Storm Trooper in combat. There will be 100 of these. Must have been at least 50 shown on screen/panel. You only get the feats of nameless examples.
Foot Soldiers: No more powerful, individually, than a T800. A T800 should be able to beat any 1 of these in a fight. There will be 200 of these. Must have been at least 50 shown on screen/panel. You only get the feats of nameless examples.
Item: You can choose one item that can be distributed to anyone in your team. The item must not make the wielder more powerful than Spider-Man. So, with this item, your chosen character must not be able to beat Spider-Man in a fight.
Strategies will be optional, but actively encouraged, as failing to send one in will almost certainly result in a loss for your army.
Looking to start the draft informally in the next couple of days, before setting a deadline for picks from the weekend onwards. Wishlists can be sent. Draft will be in order of slot. We'll work in signup order, starting with me down to Schornforce.

Cleric of Hell's Brigade
I'll pick my leader, then you will all follow. When we get to Cleric, he gets to pick his genius straight after and we'll work upwards, with me last and so on.
Battle scenarios will be a mix of straight up wars, no prep scenarios, prep scenarios and varied challenges.
Fights will be in character, with all members of your team fighting for the same cause. Though, it is probably advisable to pick either all heroes or all villains to prevent people from having a reason to doubt your team's dynamic. Entirely up to you, though.
Alternate versions of characters can be picked as well. So if one person chose 616 Wolverine, another could pick Hugh Jackman Wolverine etc etc.
