I was ok with Starlin being writer (as long as Milligan is still getting work at DC), until I saw his cover.

Good lord, please go back to the 80's/early 90's, Jim. Or just stop drawing things. It was cool at one point, but it's the same exact look with no interesting dynamic for the modern era.

Awesome idea. But the Dial H solicit already told us what "WTF" stands for:

"What? The? Flash?"

Hmmm. Well, if "What? The? Flash?" really means "Wally's The Flash!," and if Wally reappears in Dial H and makes cameos running through all the April issues (like Pandora in the #1's), then the logos could actually mean something interesting.

Which is a sure sign that isn't going to happen. DC doesn't do interesting.
