Wolverine!!! Especially since he joined the Avengers! Logan back in the day wouldn't be anywhere near that team! Now he's Captain America's little pet monkey!
Jerk Brigade:
Tony Stark (Civil War & Frontline)
Cyclops (X-Men cartoon on Fox, all X-Men material since Whedon left)
Maria Hill (Civil War)
Too Lame: Ultron, Vision, Kang/Immortus, Red Hulk, Dr. Doom, Baron Zemo
To an extent, I feel this way about every black male superhero except John Stewart's JL/JLU animated version.
Get GOOD superpowers and/or quit being sidekicks.

Hope, Sentry, Deadpool, Hank Pym, and Captain/Ms. Marvel.
I wouldn't say it was unexplainable, but Tony Stark and Cyclops are the two characters who will honestly put me off a book if they're in it.
It takes one heck of a writer to make me like Tony Stark (Kelly Sue DeConnick and Matt Fraction are the only ones currently managing it).
Emma Frost is my least-favorite Marvel character. She just sucks.
Today, I make no demands... no threats! But, one day, I shall voice demands -- and all shall obey them!
Anyone written by Bendis
Annie Ghazikhanian
Mr Sinister - he looks like Frank'n'Furter
Apocalypse - always boring
Deadpool - overexposed these days, I really liked C&D back in 04-08 as well :(
Cyclops - put me off the x-books. Glad he has nowt to do with X-Factor.
Silver Surfer - he's a naked bald silver man on a bloody surfboard spouting pish.
lol, this thread is gold, I love hatin.
Jean Grey
Storm
Wasp
She-Hulk
Scarlet Witch
Black Panther
Cap America
Hank Pym
Nate Grey

Sue Storm
And I wish I could say everyone written by Marjorie Liu, but she writes some of my favourite characters
Lately, I can't commit to hate, just do not like or am not interested in the majority of the characters in the Marvel (or DC) universes. Not interested, don't like: don't read.
I don't like Black Widow, although that has eased up slightly since Bru made her forget about her relationship with Bucky.
Wake me up when it's over...
Can I say that I hate the 1990's and what that decade did to super-hero comics? In order to fit the "who" asked in the question, then that would be most characters introduced as well as those that ascended to inexplicable popularity during the 1990's.

BOOSTER GOLD (Michael Jon Carter), HAWKEYE (Clint Barton), IRON FIST (Daniel Rand), MOON KNIGHT (Marc Spector aka Steven Grant aka Jake Lockley), NIGHTCRAWLER (Kurt Wagner),
NOVA (Richard Rider)
Oh, I know a character I LOVE to hate...effing Squirrel Girl!
Psylocke & Reed Richards.
I also hated Sentry when he was still around.
