Tell me you did not just call Kirkman a master storyteller.

Sure. He may not be a master writer. Or a master at dialogue. But at telling a compelling story with characters he's made you care about? He's damn good at that.

Yup, anal semantical disagreements aside. He is excellent at what he does, and what he does is write incredible characters and compelling, surprising, and far from cliche plots. I am not saying he's a technical master or whatever, but nobody, and I mean nobody, writes more compelling or engulfing fiction for my money.

With that said, I highly doubt Eve set a baby trap or is lying to lock Mark down. He's not a flight risk, and though she is insecure, she has never shown those levels of depression and crazy yet. Like I said, Kirkman's twists are unexpected, but there is an internal logic afterwards. Those wouldn't feel right. Totally OOC.

I agree with everything except this... I think there are enough signs that this wouldnt seem illogical. OOC?, Yes. But insecurities can cause one to do OOC actions like this. It happens in real life all the time...
