It might not, but I'm sure there are a lot of people like me that read it for Invincible.

Sure, I'm personally just one of the people who likes a lot of the other characters in the book more than Mark, even from before Mark started doing stuff with Dinosaurus, so while I wouldn't be thrilled if Mark died, I would just see it as a way for some other characters to get more page time.

I've read maybe a dozen scattered issues but wanted to try this to see how they handle a centennial issue special. Was it fair to expect Invincible to kill Dinosaurus upon his request? It seemed a wanting sequence to reveal as behind the scenes for a special issue for an occasional reader. Also, not sharing what secret ID confirmation he whispered to Eve was similarly lacking - unless of course there is an obvious secret he would have shared. This felt more like the subdued downtime/aftermath issue more suited for the issue after an arc conclusion or BIG issue. Does the moon thing crossover with a Guardians Of Globe? (I haven't sampled that title at all to date.) The #100 last page surprise was something well placed. Is it Mark's? If so, what issue did they do it?
Some mild spoilers will follow about previous events in the course of answering some of your questions:
Mark is not above killing villains if the need calls for it. It's a back and forth decision he's struggled with. He's lately resolved not to kill anyone if possible but it wasn't out of character for him to be willing to do it. Unusual for it to be off panel though.
Guarding the Globe is relaunching as Invincible Universe in April and the events of issue 100 are supposed to be part of the catalyst for the expanding focus. So, yes, presumably the moon thing will be seen in that title as well.
Almost certainly Mark's. They've been a long term committed couple (since issue 50 officially with feelings/moments between them almost from the beginning - somewhere around 2 years inside the comic timewise) with no evidence of any outside partners. However, some like to theorize that something might have happened between Eve and Zandale (the replacement Invincible) because he seems to have a thing for her and he was helping her out filling in at the Invincible Inc business she runs with Mark while Mark was in space for 10 months at war. But there is no evidence to support that, just people thinking we're going to get some kind of dramatic twist.
As for when - could have been any time. They are a notoriously frisky couple. Most recently, we see them on panel at the end of issue 97 when Mark is happy that his powers kick back in during the middle of their naked time.
Welcome to the world of Invincible. Hope you're enjoying it enough that you go back and fill in your reading experience with all the back issues you've missed. You won't regret it.
