How was Denny O'niels Question series ?
I was looking at it on Amazon but the first one is kind of pricy, but after that it drops to like 15 bucks a volume. Is it worth the money.

Yeah it's a fantastic series. It's basically hardboiled with a mystical/philosophical slant to it. Good stuff.

Easily one of the best DC series of the 80's. It's one of the few books that I like to revisit every couple of years. I'd highly recommend buying it.

Chirpy And Cheerful
Later on, there's a couple of lame one-shots in there - but for the most part, it's incredibly strong.
It mixes the kind of self-involved grimness of eighties comics - Dark Knight Returns, Watchmen - with a slightly more interesting sprinkling of optimism.

Minuteman
Read some of the first issues some months ago. Like others said, good stuff.
Should finish it eventually...

Say WHAT?!?!?!?
Very, very good. The art does slip a little towards the end when Mal Jones takes over for Rick Magyar inking Denys Cowan's pencils, but it's still a very, very good book.

This was a recent addition to my colllection within the last year or two. It's easily in my list of top DC series. Fair warning though that the tone is really different from most DC titles. There's definately a more "real world" flavor to the series so don't look for any capes to show up. It's very similar to Grell's Green Arrow run.

Well I'm going to give a go.
