I don't know anything about Vibe. So this will be my intro to that character. I'm mainly picking up this book because of Finch. I'm interested to see how he approaches the art style. As for Catwoman, I am intrigued to see how she will be written. I like her as a character, but in only in some of the stories I've read with her. She sexy anti-hero style is cool.
I'm interested in the book, and Catwoman is a part of that. I dropped her book after Winnick left, but I find a lot of the complaints about her being bland or not "grey enough" were all dealt with in her book. Her stealing for the fun, how it backfires and hurts the people closest to her, makes it impossible for her to live a normal life even though she really loves the danger her lifestyle provides. Art got a bit cheesecakey on Judd's run but overall I enjoyed it. Its hard to strike the right balance with Selina, I've found that I love her more in theory as opposed to how she's actually portrayed in books. The right balance of thrilling seeking femme fatale with a good heart is a hard line to walk apparently.
Also, ever since Morrison had Catwoman show up during his JLA run to save the day I've been enamoured with the concept of her on the team.

How appropriate. Newarama has a profile for Catwoman's upcoming turn in JLA:

Well, the prostitute origin made no sense for a jewel thief, but I doubt whether the editor who allowed Miller to recast her as a prostitute had any intention of elevating her status at all. If anything, probably the opposite. That she gained any sort of popularity was more likely due to Michelle Pfeiffer than what they had done to her in the comics.
Same thing now with Anne Hathaway.
