I have to take these suggestions also to find out the current status of Apocalypse; I dislike his being so different from the 90s cartoon version whom I liked; all of those 90s episodes featuring Apocalypse were very good; liked how it ended with The Fifth Horseman, which followed Apocalypse's cameo at the end of Sanctuary Part 2 with Fabian Cortez.

@dshipp17 Thats comics for you dude. Most characters are gonna be wildly different after that amount of time, Magneto has been a member of the X-men for a while and Bishop is a villain.

So I was browsing TV Tropes and came across the page "If It's You, It's Okay," referring to characters who have a firm sexual orientation with one exception. One of their examples?
Is this just someone speculating online, or was this actually hinted at during the series? (I realize anyone can edit a TV Tropes page...)The 1980's Marvel comic New Mutants has Danielle Moonstar: jealous of attention paid to other girls by boys she likes, exhibitionistic in front of boys, admiring of the male physique and in love with her best girl friend Rahne Sinclair.

Thus do I write the first chapter of my new scripture. And the first verse is "Let it all burn."
PHOENIX INVICTUS!
Someone's speculating. Most of the Dani/Rahne link comes from Moonstar's animal empathy, and Wolfsbane being a lycanthropic mutation. Seriously, that was it. Claremont wrote her having romantic chemistry with Thunderbird II (Warpath), and made her a Valkyrie, but she never looked at Rahne in that way. And obviously, with as religious as Rahne is, she would have freaked right the f*** out if anything ever happened.
Claremont may push the bisexual envelope on his X-Women, but on that one? Nuh uh. Someone's a shipper, and trying to make a case for something that wasn't really there.

X-Poster of the Month: January 2011
- the best there is at what i do -
Ok, so I got X-Men: Prelude to Schism & X-Men: Schism for X-Mas and enjoyed them, and want to continue reading X-Men, but have a few questions.
AFter the Schism issues the X-Men split right? Scott goes 1 way and Logan another? And they each get their own book?
There is Wolverine and the X-Men #1-18, then #19 in March as part of Marvel NOW! So this is just 1 ongoing series?
But, Uncanny X-Men goes #1-20, then it ends? And a new Uncanny X-Men starts next month back at issue #1 or? does it just continue like WATXM?
I was kinda confused, since the names are the same but certain runs seem to end then restart under the same name but back to issue #1 again.
Lemme know please, and thanks.
(Also, small spoiler from Schism, when Cyclops blasted Logan in the face, it looked like all he had left was a skull with teeth and eyeballs in it, then on the following page his face was back to normal, does he just regenerate like crazy fast or what? It seemed like whenever he took damage it healed iteself faster then he was getting hurt. I'm not familiar with Wolverine, but that seemed pretty cool)
Hi! :)
-Yes, the X-Men split. Scott becomes part of the Extinction Team in "Uncanny X-Men," vol. 2 (written by Kieron Gillen). Logan receives "Wolverine and the X-Men."
-"Wolverine and the X-Men" is an ongoing series.
-"Uncanny X-Men" vol. 2 just ended, and a new one is starting. Both teams star Cyclops and his team of X-Men, though vol. 2 (Kieron Gillen) features them as a branch of X-Men recognized by the world as X-Men. The new series will feature them as outlaws and revolutionaries.
-Yeah, this happens a lot in Marvel Comics. When a series gets a new direction, the company tends to restart it with a new number 1.
-Wolverine's healing factor has increased in recent years...dramatically.
Hope this helped!

Ok cool. I was mostly interested in the Uncanny group from Schism onward (Cyclops was right btw), becuase I like Magneto and am also interested in Magik. And it looks like they both will be on the team when vol. 3 starts next month so I'm a happy camper.
So, where does the Uncanny X-Force fit in to all of this? Or were they not effected by the schsim events?
Schism did not affect Uncanny X-Force much, except for that it was Psylocke's only relation to Wolverine's side of the fence post-Schism. The Dark Angel Saga actually comes after Schism, as insane as that seems based on its release and lack of references to the event. Why do I say that? Because the final issue of DAS triggers events in both Wolverine and the X-Men #4 and Uncanny X-Men, Vol. 2 #5.

Cool beans. So it seems like I picked a good time to get into Uncanny X-Men, as Vol. 2 is only a few years old and Vol. 3 is getting ready to start.
It is wierd though, to see Magneto as a member of the X-Men, when everything I know about him from the animated series in the 90s was of him being the X-Mens enemy.
See the pic of Vol. 3. #1

Magneto looks pretty awesome, I mean that helmet is just SWEET!
I'm not sure who tho other people are just yet, but Cyclops new suit looks cool too, no more visor eh?

I remember him getting hurt really bad in a crossover.
Anyone remember him?
He used to be a powerful black charackter that used his own power and moveset so no Prodigy/Synch bullshit
