Nothing. He's still locked for the third Star Trek film. He already completed 2 of them anyways. So he only really needs to make one more film on that front. Then with Star Wars I'd be shocked if he did more than 3 there.
All this guarantees is that the movies will be made at different times so they will never be in direct competition with each other.
