Featwise, the guy has been so far Superman's superior by a rather wide margin (kicking his ass, grabbing Superboy from who knows where leaving Superman baffled because he didn't even see him moving, etc.)

That said, I don't think he has defenses against mind control (not sure on this. Don't keep up with Nu) so MM should take it.

I personaly think H'el is "another alien" who is using his mental powers to "seem" to be Krypotnian.

I think he could granted some tp defense, but not much. still, he might not need the tp defense. it's possibly he could telepot mm away, or (less likely) tear him apart via matter manipulation prior to being mind fragged.
