That's a bit like asking 'Hulk Vs Martian Manhunter: Both at their most orange'.

Gizmo Duck has much better strength, (smashed through prison walls, one-hand lifted a huge cage weighted by a boulder with the triplets inside) speed/agility, (dodged a barrage of firepower from a car-robot) and durability (completely no-sold a cartoon bomb detonating point blank next to him) than Gadget, IIRC. I'm pretty sure he could withstand anything Gadget tried short of a Gadget Laser Finger to the exposed bill, and he can dodge that.

And tha's just the feats from one AMV. I could have sworn he'd done some more impressive stuff.

Competent Gadget's awesome, but he's probably outdone here. Admittedly, Gadget has some pretty decent soak himself, filling in for train tracks at one point among other things. And Gadget occassionally had his gadgets misfire - he'd call for his copter while falling and get a boquet of flowers or something - usually this would end up doing something that saved him from an unseen enemy, but sometimes it was actually detrimental. If that happens during this match, he can be hosed even if he knows what he's doing for once.
