    So agreed!

I love the villains club idea. More funky villains. Marvel has so messed up its great villains (especially X-villains) roster by turning way too many of this "good".

I love how he's hardcore X-Men fan. You can see in all of his X-stories that he knows his Claremont issues.

I'm really looking forward to this arc. Classic Gambit costume too. And its amusing that being on the most wanted list will get him into that club easily.

Good interview, not really looking foward potentially of Rogue looking her nose down at Gambit because she is caught up in the Avengers propaganda. Amus &Clayman make for a awesome team, I am glad they gave Gambit his voice back and I hope it transfers back into the main books, because it would be hard to go back to Racky Lebeau!

I'm actually not looking forward to Rogue showing up in the book so soon, but I do get that she's a big part of his life. (And a potential sales boost). I enjoy seeing him interact with characters like Wisdom that are fairly established, cult favs over A-Listers, and haven't had much interaction with him in the past.

I'm not overly looking forward to that either. Her showing up because she's concerned about him when she finds out he's suddenly on this most wanted list is one thing but I don't even get that she's buying into the Avenger's propaganda in UA so I don't see it here.

Somehow Remy's going to get a lecture about him making mutants "look bad" when we've got Scott, Magneto and Magik doing their thing on national TV and Cable refusing to explain anything? Poor Remy does something insignificant even by Wolverine standards of trouble but he's the only one being really accountable because he's the only one that will actually listen and consider his actions from someone else's point of view? Its like the story of his life to get held to a higher standard for a lesser offense. All in a days guilt trip.

@JamesAsmus Clay's preview art, I see "Ketchum" tattooed onto the bald bouncer's head! Will there be more to look out for? Fun stuff :)
@NickJay29 Yes! I encouraged Clay to use this setting for easter eggs and Where's Waldo-type gags. So far, he's definitely doing that :)
I look forward to all the fun stuff!

Clay Mann's art looks a lot more solid in these previews. Is he using a different inker?

What's happened to Rogue when she's the person who turns up to scold you? Beh. Fix that, Brian Wood. Hopefully she catches on in two panels, doesn't go all Hellion and says something country and charming.

So Rogue's being brought in as an antagonist to make us feel for Remy? Meh. I trust Asmus not to take the easy road.

it's a great idea.....but, it's one that literally just appeared in adjectiveless X-Men not 2 months ago w/ Domino and Daredevil.

I don't know, I was super on board with this book at first...but with each passing issue, my interest is waning more and more.

Nah, she's there to be a foil for Joelle, and probably to remind Gambit he is an X-Man because he does have a purpose more than playing teacher.

Rogue's already been made out to be self-absorbed heartless fish and had us feel plenty sorry for Remy under Carey and Gage. Nothing Asmus could do could make her look worse on that front. It can only be better.
