Captain Carrot and his Amazing Zoo Crew (and the related Just'a Lotta Animals) are essentially designed for cartoon audiences; I have no idea why DC never even tries to capitalize on this. The ideas in the Just'a Lotta Animals are far superior to the ones in the clip presented here.
