what is this cover, anyway? The E-team is supposed to be the other side of the argument, not a squad of evil freaks. Laying this heavily into the symbolism is how Tony Stark got made into the villain of Civil War.

I actually hate Star Wars now, and it's not only the prequels that ruined it. The expanded universe shit is so ridiculous that I had to abort my fan card for Star Wars. Same for Star Trek, it is just as broke as Star Wars.

The basic composition of the x-men poster does *sort of* remind me of the old star wars promotion posters. I guess it might be fair to say it's a bit of a homage to those

To mention only the Star Wars EU comics - the ones by John Ostrander (Republic and Legacy) make me wish he was the writer of the Prequel Trilogy. He's written my favourite Star Wars one-shot (Republic #64 - Bloodlines).

And let's not forget Kevin Rubio and Lucas Marangon.

There are tons of posters like that. I'm gonna go ahead and say they both ripped off the never ending story. Timelines be damned!

I wonder if the changes in Magneto's powers will somehow make him the new tank, his secret wish fulfilled.

Heh, thank you kindly, Fod_xp, and I agree, BSG was such a classic! Too bad Caprica was nixed before it really had a chance to get going. Now if only I could definitively find out what happened to Starbuck...

The action figures and vehicles were really cool when I was a kid.
