Maybe they can each be Separate Arcs, then in a later arc they team up to Face Captain America together and the Capt needs to get help from one of his friends, a special guest appearance. That be Great to read.

I'd actually rather see Bucky cross Roxxon over Cap since he's more espionage oriented. Political espionage might be right up his alley.

As for Steve, the Winter Guard would be an awesome choice. And more Madame Hydra, she's cool.
