Nicely done some interesting teams! I been working on a similar idea. 53 7 member teams with the extra 3 being Washington DC, Puerto Rico, and one that has authority on Tribal lands. I used existing marvel team names and an Avenger or former Avenger will be leader of each team and i wanted at least one powered mutant per team to reflect current trend. Some teams are finished some not but i may post what i have so far

My Tribal Nations team and the only one with authority to act on Indian lands. Echo is the only Avenger that i am aware of that has any connection to Native American and as such is revealed to have survived her death or been brought back to life possibly by the Hand. I went with as many different tribes as i could find a Marvel character from. They travel by Ghost Dancer's dimensional doorways and can be instantly to where they are needed.
