I'm not defending.
I'm just droppin' knowledge about Noh Varr's rockin' bod, in all aspects.
Besides, Pixie is all about stealing other people's schticks. Who cares.
She's the power-clepto.
Also? Anyone who DOESN'T enjoy "Be My Baby" by the Ronettes is cracked.
Trust.

"Um, blah, blah, blah. And, Girl Power. Feminism, d'you know what I mean?"
Pixie is just okay, for me, but I really enjoyed her during her short time with Generation Hope. Though, I think she would be a great addition; she really contrasts the two strong females we already have. The only thing keeping me from wanting Pixie is that Marvel has been forcing her on us since Fraction's X-Men. The other New X-Men really deserves to be folded into the mainstream. I'd really love Surge, or even Cipher, as Yana suggested. I loved her during Young X-Men. Pixie and Surge both offer a different hair color as well, haha.
Though, if Gillen is sticking to using only Avengers-based characters -- Wiccan and Thor/Scarlet Witch, Hulkling and Hulk, Miss America and Captain America, Kate and Hawkeye, Marvel Boy and Ms. Marvel/Captain Marvel, and Loki and Loki -- possible candidates: X-23 for Wolverine, Loa for Namor, Spider-Girl for Spider-Man/Spider Woman, Nomad for Bucky, and maybe even Shuri for Black Panther.
As for what Noh-Varr brings to the table; he's "the guy" of the team.

i like Pixie well enough, but the book is called Young Avengers...not Young X-Men.
Agreed. DEM ABS definetly warrants a spot on the roster.
As for Pixie, given how much love McKelvie has for the character, I can him see threatening to stab someone (or persons) to ensure her a spot on the team. WHICH I AM OKAY WITH!
Also, as far as who represents who in this Avengers remix-
Teddy and Billy- Jan and Hank. Billy's "Mom" is his Ultron
HAWKGUY Katw- Stark. Got money, looks and is not above scrapping.
MAC- The Hulk. All about punching puny Gods.
Nov-arr- Thor- Aliens are the new Mythlogical beings.
Loki-Loki. Duh
Talking Sausage - IDK, Jarvis.

I'm not sure if this is the source everyone is referring to, but this is all I could find.
Source: X-POSITION: Gillen Wraps "Uncanny X-Men"3) You've mentioned in interviews that "Young Avengers" will touch on various areas of the teen Marvel Universe. With that in mind is there any chance you could use some of the New X-Men? They have been rather neglected the last few years and some such as Anole, Surge, Dust and Hellion have a lot of character potential.
I mention this elsewhere, but -- in short -- I have my eye on a few of them. Really, it's a case of complimenting the characters I have existing. To choose one from you listed that I'm not going to use in the short term: Hellion. When I've got several slightly temperamental characters on the team, Hellion sort of repeats a chunk of those character beats. Frankly, if I went for Hellion, I'd be stabbed by all the fans of Speed for not using him.
(I stress I'm not saying they're exactly the same character. Just that in terms of rebellious team irritant, there's a bit of crossover.)
