Default Composite X-Men team vs composite Superman

Composite X-Men team, as in a composite Xavier, and a composite Wolverine etc. using up to ten X-Men vs a composite Superman. Anyone who has been a member of the X-men can be used. Stacked or unstacked, but if you stack the X-Men team you must stack Superman. If you give prep to one side the other gets equal prep. If its a stomp either add more members to the X-Men team OR Superman can add team mates from the Justice League (not sure what way it will go!).

I expect this to get to the point of reaching for Final Crisis notes. On that note, if incarnations based around external amps were allowed, I'd stack the X's to basically have the Phoenix Force plus.

    Juggernaut
    Shaman Nate Grey
    Professor X
Ice Man at his most powerful
    Cable at his most powerful
    Northstar
    Havok
    Synch
    Magik
    Phoenix Jean Grey

I'd say that would stomp Superman. And I don't think it's even close to the most powerful combination.

It has the durability to withstand a blitz, but also has the ability to reform if a blitz somehow does destroy it. It's got mad telepathy, magic (which Superman isn't invulnerable too) and has a decent bit of speed itself.

Edit: Is this composite going to be one being? If not, I would have chosen different people. But those 10 should beat Supes, even as 10 composite individuals as well (even though some would be rendered useless), as I can't see him KOing Juggs and I can't see him permanently putting down the likes of Phoenix, Shaman Nate or Icegod. And Synch would have his powers by default (and possibly better use of them than Supes himself).

Anything allowed to make it a fair match.
Can the Phoenix Force only affect one person at a time? If so that would count here, only one member can have the Phoenix Force.
Not 1 person, 10 separate individuals.

10 separate individuals? But you said stacking was allowable...?!

So are we stacking by having these 10 people just sort of standing vaguely near each other?

You can use stacked composites of individuals making the team, as in a stacked composite Xavier and a stacked composite Wolverine etc. but then you must use a stacked composite Superman.
If its a stomp either way add more members to the team or give Superman team members.

So essentially this comes down to "Choose which side you want to win and then rig the match to achieve that result by choosing whether to stack or not, whether to give prep or not etc"?

    No.
If one side is stacked so is the other.
If one side gets prep so does the other.
Which 10 X-Men could take Superman?
If 10 can't, how many are needed?
If 10 is a stomp, who does Superman need to win or draw and vice versa?

All you really need is Nate Grey, assuming the "I exist as psionic energy" one is the one who was on the X-Men. Even a composite Superman..I can't see how he'd destroy psionic energy. Now I'm certain in a comic PC Supes would bust out anti psionic vision or Superman One Million would rub his hands together and create some anti psionic energy snow, but alas I don't think they have the actual feats for that.
