That was the first thing I thought, but then I realized he said post-Crisis, not New 52.

It's hard to say, because Post-Crisis Batman incorporated a lot of pre-Crisis continuity.

There may have been a 'Legends of the Dark Knight' arc (or maybe not). Otherwise, did they meet at all in JLA Year One? If neither of those things, then it probably defaults to their first pre-Crisis meeting. Because they already knew each other immediately post-Crisis, as seen in the Giffen/DeMatteis/Maguire Justice League.
