It can if you want it to. You have the chance to learn something new (like say about the processes where one culture can dominate another) everyday, even on a comic book message board. That you don't want to is your choice and, in the end, your loss.
Just because i don't agree with your point of view does not mean that i am unwilling to learn.

The point is that the danger and damage with cultural domination is that erodes and inhibits the choices available, if not eliminating them altogether.
There are always going to be more than enough subcultures to keep things interesting.

    You're doing it wrong.
You are not serious about this , you know it, i know it.

No, saying you're unwilling to learn is what means you're unwilling to learn.

What a callous and short-sighted way of thinking. I can only hope you're just being glib.

    Maybe, but he's not wrong.

No, saying you're unwilling to learn is what means you're unwilling to learn.
I am saying it's unlikely i will learn anything important on a comic books message board.

Then AJBop is right, you're doing it wrong.

And that's really super for you, but what you're actually saying is still callous and short-sighted.

Really, just because i rather read philosophical books than comics?

And that's really super for you, but what you're actually saying is still callous and short-sighted.
I am just a realist. We will always have diversity.

You know an awful lot for someone who doesn't believe they can learn from art and storytelling. I am serious about it, and I think you're very sad.
In my opinion is implied in every post. Please make an effort to remember that.
